After harvesting sweet potatoes 🍠 it’s best to cure for ideal flavor and long term storage. Curing means placing somewhere hot and humid for about a week or so. It helps to develop the sugars and thicken the skin. For me it’s the garage but you could also place into bags with a few holes poked in. After curing, I will brush the dirt off gently and place in my pantry. You can put them wherever you normally store things like potatoes and onions. Where do you store your sweet potatoes? . . . #gard
